Collaborate with Colleagues and Stakeholders

Working effectively with the Community Manager, Building Maintenance Supervisor, Porters, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Manage Security and Emergency Situations

Responding promptly and professionally to security and emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.

Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous Experience in a Customer-Focused Role
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Basic Computer Skills and Familiarity with Building Management Systems
