Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Title Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing documents for state registration, ensuring accuracy and completeness of forms, and maintaining titles and MSO's for inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Process registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, including license plate issuing and transfers.
  • Verify accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles and MSO's.
  • Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
