Bilingual Customer Service Representative

At Ingram Content Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our IngramSpark team in LaVergne, TN. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating publisher relationships, increasing sales, and providing accurate and timely accession of titles received from publishers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships, interfacing with Pre-Media, Sales, Accounting, Shipping, and Production to communicate and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
- Coordinate receipt and internal processing of title materials from customers, acting as a liaison to communicate issues between LSI and publishers.
- Accurately track the progress of titles and provide status information to customers and/or management in a timely manner.
- Increase sales volume by clarifying special offerings to existing clients.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of customer/client services experience.
- Fluency in speaking Spanish.
- Experience working with authors and independent publishers.
- Experience working in complex environments with the ability to think critically.
- De-escalation experience.
- Social media experience.
