We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Ingram Content Group team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating publisher relationships, increasing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships, interfacing with various departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the receipt and processing of title materials from customers, acting as a liaison to communicate issues between LSI and publishers.
- Accurately track title progress and provide timely status updates to customers and management.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales volume by clarifying special offerings to existing clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer/client services experience.
- Fluency in speaking Spanish.
- Experience working with authors and independent publishers.
- Ability to think critically in complex environments.
- De-escalation experience.
- Social media experience.
