Job Description

Tool Rental Depot is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and provide top-notch service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, checking in returned equipment, preparing equipment for re-rental, and assisting with repairs. They will also be responsible for communicating with customers regarding quotes and completed repairs, as well as maintaining accurate records and filing paperwork.

This is a 40-hour per week position, with opportunities for overtime. Computer skills are preferred, and after 90 days, we offer paid holidays and uniforms are provided. Other benefits are available.
