Key Responsibilities:- Manage level 2 customer support and escalations, providing direct support to store personnel and customers.
- Provide clear information and direction to customers regarding actions required to address their concerns.
- Support Admin I with escalated inbound customer calls and case research.
- Provide daily on-the-fly training to Admin I as needed.
- Document, resolve, and/or escalate problems reported by customers and stores.
- Take ownership of all calls and cases/tickets opened, tracking contact status to resolution.
- Escalate complex and/or high-priority problems to appropriate coworkers, support groups, or vendors for resolution.
- High School or equivalent.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior call center experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
