Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist with various aspects of project work, including handling submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submitting change orders.
  • Communication: Manage company email, answer phones, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules, ensuring that meetings, appointments, and deadlines are met.
  • Documentation: Typing and preparing documents, keeping track of important files, and maintaining organized records.
  • Organization: Ensure all office activities are running smoothly, and that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Comfortable with "old school" software systems; must have strong typing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Interview Process

The interview process will begin with a phone or FaceTime interview, followed by an in-person meeting with the company's leadership team, including the owner and his father.
