Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes seamlessly.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with patients to educate them on available services, treatments, and promotions.
- Take initiative in promoting and upselling treatments, products, and memberships that suit patients' needs and goals.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, while coordinating with providers to optimize schedules.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle patient inquiries with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Manage patient files, intake forms, and payment processing in a confidential and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area.
- Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring clear and respectful communication at all times.
- Go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty, always providing an exceptional experience.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner to reach sales targets and clinic goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and vibrant energy that lights up the room.
- Outgoing, approachable, and not shy about engaging with patients in person or over the phone.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain services and build rapport with patients.
- Hardworking, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve patient experience and contribute to the team.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or sales position is preferred.
- Prior experience in the medical spa or wellness industry is a plus, but not required.
