Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes seamlessly.

  • Take initiative in promoting and upselling treatments, products, and memberships that suit patients' needs and goals.

  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner to reach sales targets and clinic goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, approachable, and not shy about engaging with patients in person or over the phone.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain services and build rapport with patients.
  • Hardworking, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve patient experience and contribute to the team.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or sales position is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the medical spa or wellness industry is a plus, but not required.
