Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis utilizing tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Gain comprehensive insights into the data being analyzed, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information.
  • Lead high-profile projects, managing RFx initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Engage in project brainstorming, leveraging data to uncover cost-saving and operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather and analyze data, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Procurement Center of Excellence by analyzing data to align with strategic goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in ESFM's Procurement and Strategic Sourcing processes.
  • Prepare and distribute complex RFx documents to suppliers; evaluate supplier responses and recommend awards.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an analytical role, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in technical applications (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Ability to manage large and complex data sets, utilizing analytical skills to influence business decisions.
  • Effective problem-solving and project management capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of business finance principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating high-quality presentations.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to foster constructive working relationships and demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Self-motivated and confident in challenging work environments, taking initiative in new responsibilities.
  • Experience in the facilities management sector is advantageous.
