Job Description

Job Title: Procurement Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Analyst to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting, analyzing, and providing complex reports based on data related to sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, generate, review, and implement complex reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as needed to improve accuracy, usefulness, and access.
  • Collect and rationalize complex data from multiple sources and use it to create a complete analysis, improvement, and/or recommendation.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with global sourcing team and peers to aggregate data and align reporting.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.
  • Act as project lead, including supervisory and/or managerial activities, in the coordination of the procurement team to efficiently complete specified projects.
  • Prepare and present results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact to the business to all levels of management.
  • Develop scenario planning tools and models (exit/maintain/grow). Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in general business conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a four-year college and/or university.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to efficiently present information.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Conducts advanced financial analysis.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Proven understanding of database design and relational database principles and practices.
  • Understanding of administration of databases in software development.

Compensation:

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Procurement Senior Analyst position is $71,000.00 annually, and the maximum salary for the Procurement Senior Analyst position is $81,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
