Your Next Adventure: Regional Member Care Coordinator
Reporting To: BHRT Assistant Manager/Regional Operations Manager
Location: San Jose, Campbell, Mountain View, and Redwood City, CA
Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt (30+ hours a week)

The ideal candidate will proficiently handle medical procedures such as EKGs, and injections, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide extraordinary patient care and customer service, establishing and maintaining excellent rapport to promote long-term program success
  • Manage initial patient inquiries, phone calls, appointment reminders, rescheduling, and follow-up post-visits
  • Ensure proper labs are in place prior to consultations and alert clinician for necessary follow-ups
  • Assist in BHRT services including EKGs, in-body tests, body composition analysis, blood pressure readings, autoclaving, and injections under clinician direction
  • Assist with EMR charting to facilitate workflow, keep records organized, and ensure proper identifying information is recorded
  • Triage medication refill requests and inquiries from pharmacies, assist in daily clinic operations, and manage BHRT inventory and account balances
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in health and wellness and/or medical/clinical office setting
  • High School diploma required. AA, BS, or BA in nutrition, dietetics, or related field preferred
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, efficiently managing incoming calls and visitors
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems and patient scheduling & billing systems
  • Professional, empathetic, positive, articulate, and proactive
  • Flexible, team-player mentality willing to assist where and as needed
  • Reliable means of personal transportation
