Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at NFC Amenity Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and genuine welcomes to residents and guests, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls, requests, and package deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and a safe environment.
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Present a professional image by wearing the provided uniform and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
