Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Service Activities

  • Convey Gratitude and Appreciation

  • Preserve and Share Traditions
    • Embody the festive, hospitable, and gracious spirit of Southern Brazilian traditions, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Complete Shift Duties
    • Ensure a seamless transition of duties during beginning and closing shifts, as directed by management.

Requirements

  • High Level of Endurance and Mental Acuity
    • Manage conflict and deal successfully with high-stress situations, demonstrating resilience and composure.
  • Physical Demands
    • Transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Availability
    • Work weekends and holidays, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service every day.

Compensation
