Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Service Activities
- Enhance and enable the guest experience through proactive service initiatives.
- Convey Gratitude and Appreciation
- Express the gratitude of the organization to guests through personalized and genuine interactions.
- Preserve and Share Traditions
- Embody the festive, hospitable, and gracious spirit of Southern Brazilian traditions, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Complete Shift Duties
- Ensure a seamless transition of duties during beginning and closing shifts, as directed by management.
Requirements
- High Level of Endurance and Mental Acuity
- Manage conflict and deal successfully with high-stress situations, demonstrating resilience and composure.
- Physical Demands
- Transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
- Availability
- Work weekends and holidays, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service every day.

Compensation
