Job Overview

TM Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to lead our consumer outreach efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to identify trends, industry needs, and customer preferences, driving product and service planning, and recommending business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and ensure effective communication of marketing objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction to build brand equity with consumers, franchisees, and employees, maintaining our company's differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Enhance customer/market data to build a loyal customer base, increase repeat business, and reduce customer defection.
  • Lead the development and deployment of targeted marketing programs to drive revenue growth, including ideation, testing, and operational impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field preferred, but not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or sales environment.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Ability to commute to the office daily.
