Customer Service Representative Job Description

At David's Bridal, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
  • Support sales promotions and visual updates, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in inventory management, processing orders and receiving shipments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
