About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Sinceri Senior Living. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing medication assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medication assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy.
  • Maintain the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Ensure accurate medication counts and the security of the medication cart and storage room.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care and medication assistance.
  • Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly and provide or obtain assistance as necessary.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year of previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.
  • Must be able to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must complete Medication Aide training and certification in states where required.
