As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children in our child residential program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet treatment goals, and facilitating and providing supervision for RBT training.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide FBAs for children in our child residential program
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet treatment goals
  • Facilitate and provide supervision for RBT training
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • One year experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities
  • Experience providing technical assistance and training to care providers and/or families
