Expanded Detox Program

We are excited to announce our new expanded detox program, which requires Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMAs) to support our nursing team.

Job Summary

The CRMA is responsible for the care and well-being of clients who enter Milestone Detox by supporting the nursing team.

Responsibilities
  • Enforce HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
  • Responsible for various levels of care for the client caseload during scheduled shifts.
  • Administers medications and treatments consistent with physician orders and in compliance with facility policies and procedures and DHHS regulations.
  • Complete and maintain necessary records and reports in an accurate and confidential practice.
  • Utilize appropriate medical terminology during written documentation and verbal communication with other healthcare personnel.
  • Support the function of the Detox unit by assisting and maintaining the daily schedule, sanitation, and interdepartmental collaboration to support client and staffing needs.
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Actively participate in implementation of new initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Differentials: $2.50/hour overnights, $2.50/hour weekends, $5.00/hour weekend overnights.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a 40-hour CRMA course. Prior experience related to the human services field is highly preferred. Prior experience working with the homeless and substance use disorder population is a plus.
