About the Position:
As a Regional Traveling Nurse Practitioner, your work will take you across various states, allowing you to bring health and wellness to diverse communities.

During visits that can last up to an hour, you will engage deeply with patients, reviewing their health statuses, medical histories, and social circumstances to uncover insights that are often missed in standard check-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Adult/Geriatric Assessments, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while coordinating comprehensive care plans and ensuring diligent follow-up.
  • Collaborate meaningfully with healthcare professionals and families to enrich patient experiences.
  • Connect with and grow within our nationwide network of advanced practice providers.
  • Utilize your skills across various settings, including home visits and virtual consultations.

Position Type:

  • Full-Time Permanent

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays
  • Full-time work week expected
  • Four weeks of work followed by one week off

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range of $140,000 - $150,000, based on geographic location and experience
  • Attractive bonus opportunities

Licensing Requirements:
Additional state licenses may be required based on business needs, and Matrix will assist in this process.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with a minimum of three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current RN and NP licensure with board certification in a recognized specialty.
  • Strong technological skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes and travel requirements.

Travel Requirements:

  • Candidates must be willing to travel for up to four weeks, possess a valid driver's license, and meet automobile insurance standards.
