Exciting Career Opportunities: We are currently seeking dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to join our outpatient pediatric primary care facilities located in the northern region of Austin, TX.
Available Locations: There are three clinics situated just north of Austin, providing a variety of work environments.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in pediatric care is preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduate Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with substantial pediatric rotations.
Work Environment: This role is set in an outpatient clinic, allowing for a focused approach to patient care.
Flexible Scheduling: Work schedules will vary based on the clinic location, with on-call duties to be determined. Expect to work Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 1 PM, with evening hours rotated among staff.
Patient Load: Anticipate seeing approximately 18-20 patients per day.
Language Skills: While proficiency in Spanish is preferred, it is not mandatory. A language stipend is available for those who qualify.
Age Range: Candidates must be comfortable providing care to patients of all ages.
Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary along with a sign-on bonus, loan repayment options, performance bonuses, generous vacation/PTO, and additional benefits.
