Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Positions Available Near Austin

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our outpatient pediatric primary care facilities located in the northern region of Austin, TX.
Available Locations: There are three distinct facilities available just north of Austin, TX.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred, though new graduates with strong pediatric rotations are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment: This role is set in an outpatient clinic, focusing on providing quality care to pediatric patients.
Schedule: Work hours will vary by location, with call responsibilities to be determined. Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 1 PM and rotating evening hours are required.
Patient Load: Expect to manage approximately 18-20 patients per day.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory; a language stipend is available.
Age Range: Candidates must be comfortable providing care to patients of all ages.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary along with a sign-on bonus, loan repayment options, performance bonuses, generous vacation/PTO, and additional benefits.
