About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Client Service I to join our Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve day-to-day issues and direct clients to appropriate resources to address operational and technical questions or issues.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and communication skillsets to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provide clients with information related to BNY Mellon products and services, representing a limited number of lines of business and geographies.
  • Monitor and track client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer service experience required in the Banking/Financial industry.
  • 1-3 years of total work experience.
  • Lending Advisory background is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, sense of urgency, and using initiative.
