Job Title: Investor Relations Coordinator

Mastech Digital is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team. As an Investor Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing investor engagements, communicating with Corporate Access at wall street institutions, and managing preparation calendars and schedules for earnings, investor conferences, and hosted events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize investor engagements, including communicating with Corporate Access at wall street institutions to plan time, place, attendees, agenda, etc. for all external events
  • Leverage knowledge of shareholders to allocate group meetings in coordination with IRO and direct reports
  • Manage preparation calendar and schedule meetings for earnings, investor conferences, and hosted events (e.g. Investor Day)
  • Collaborate with office of the CEO, CFO, and other business leaders to determine availability, provide logistics, details for events, etc.
  • Lead and/or support regular reporting by the IR team – including pulling through updated data sources and/or interfacing with internal teams for relevant data gathering
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations by the IR team – including ensuring consistency of formatting (design skills/sensibilities a plus)
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships in order to effectively support team and serve as the interface between stakeholders and the organization
  • Review and respond to investor inquiries in a timely manner via email, and ensure inquiries are directed to the proper teams for response within 48 hours
  • Effectively manage IRO and Senior Director, IR, calendar, meeting requests, travel itineraries and arrangements, and expenses

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience
  • Any degree in Administration
  • Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
  • Travel: Expenses reimbursed 50-60% travel
  • Local Preferred: Yes
  • Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
