Job Overview

Mastech Digital is seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating investor engagements, communicating with corporate access teams, and managing preparation calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize investor events, including communicating with corporate access teams to plan logistics and agendas.
  • Leverage knowledge of shareholders to allocate group meetings in coordination with IRO and direct reports.
  • Manage preparation calendars and schedule meetings for earnings, investor conferences, and hosted events.
  • Collaborate with office of the CEO, CFO, and other business leaders to determine availability and provide logistics for events.
  • Lead and/or support regular reporting by the IR team, including pulling through updated data sources and interfacing with internal teams for relevant data gathering.
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations by the IR team, ensuring consistency of formatting and design skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to effectively support the team and serve as the interface between stakeholders and the organization.
  • Review and respond to investor inquiries in a timely manner via email, ensuring inquiries are directed to the proper teams for response within 48 hours.
  • Effectively manage IRO and Senior Director, IR, calendar, meeting requests, travel itineraries, and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Any degree in Administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on a W2 basis.
