Executive Office Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Office Assistant to join our team at a boutique venture capital firm in Boston, MA. As an Executive Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to all employees, ensuring the efficient operation of the management office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices, preparing and assisting with payment processing and invoice management
  • Manage communication and coordination with investors, working with travel agencies to arrange and manage travel logistics
  • Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Assist with preparing and coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant with backgrounds in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or legal
  • High proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
