In this role, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
  • Under the guidance of the Center Manager, you will deliver job readiness training to clients, enabling them to secure and sustain competitive employment.
  • You will provide supportive instruction aimed at developing, adjusting, and enhancing essential job-related skills and behaviors that lead to successful employment outcomes.
  • Your role will include teaching clients how to meet deadlines and fulfill the quality and quantity expectations of business partners and employers.
  • You will assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring a safe and clean training/work environment for both clients and staff.
  • As a member of the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) team, you will complete all assigned transactions related to materials, inventory, and deliveries as directed by the Center Manager.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, behavioral sciences, or a related field; or two years of college in one of the aforementioned fields combined with two years of experience in rehabilitation or manufacturing;
  • Alternatively, a high school diploma accompanied by four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience. A valid driving record is required.
