In this role, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Center Manager, you will deliver job readiness training to clients, enabling them to secure and sustain competitive employment.
- You will provide supportive instruction aimed at developing, adjusting, and enhancing essential job-related skills and behaviors that lead to successful employment outcomes.
- Your role will include teaching clients how to meet deadlines and fulfill the quality and quantity expectations of business partners and employers.
- You will assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring a safe and clean training/work environment for both clients and staff.
- As a member of the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) team, you will complete all assigned transactions related to materials, inventory, and deliveries as directed by the Center Manager.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, behavioral sciences, or a related field; or two years of college in one of the aforementioned fields combined with two years of experience in rehabilitation or manufacturing;
- Alternatively, a high school diploma accompanied by four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience. A valid driving record is required.
