Position Overview:
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and establishing scalable organizational frameworks to implement essential policies and practices during a phase of significant expansion.

The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged, bringing structure to ambiguity and laying the foundation for employee satisfaction, organizational consistency, and talent retention.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
2. Ensure optimal allocation of roles to the most suitable candidates.
3. Monitor the employment status of enrolled personnel.
4. Develop and enforce HR protocols, policies, and best practices tailored for a rapidly growing organization in a manufacturing context.
5. Oversee the six core functions of human resources: strategic planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation management, and performance evaluation.
6. Formulate a competitive compensation framework for all staff based on market analysis and compensation surveys, including benefits such as 401k, dental and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and various disability insurances.
7. Conduct performance evaluations and design employee retention initiatives that promote job satisfaction, career advancement, and loyalty.
8. Provide strategic guidance and training in areas like conflict resolution and complaint management.
9. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and how your contributions can drive rapid growth.
10. Identify and address issues related to departmental needs, recruitment, training, performance assessments, compensation, and HR relations promptly.
11. Focus on nurturing, developing, and promoting talented individuals to support business units in building talent pipelines and fostering both organizational and individual growth.
12. Proactively engage with executive leadership and staff, ensuring effective communication across various channels and establishing a robust internal communication framework.
13. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, assisting them in navigating the complexities of team building, retention, and growth.
14. Create training materials and performance management frameworks to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities and adhere to labor regulations while mitigating labor risks.
15. Diagnose and resolve underlying issues related to human resources.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and training.
- Proficient in payroll processing.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
