Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Managing clinic opening and closing procedures
  • Assessing patient needs and assisting healthcare providers during consultations and procedures
  • Coordinating testing schedules
  • Processing prescription requests
  • Administering allergy treatments and recording vital signs
  • Conducting tympanometry tests for ear pressure evaluation
  • Supporting Audiologists in their duties
  • Handling hospital consultation requests for healthcare providers
  • Adapting to various front and back office responsibilities as required
  • Digitally archiving patient records and relevant information
  • Engaging with insurance companies to pre-authorize tests and procedures for healthcare providers
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to patients
