Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will:
  • Assist in the seamless daily operations of the Starbucks location.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to all Starbucks and university policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address complaints professionally.
  • Create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
  • Support the hiring, training, and supervision of baristas and staff.
  • Schedule shifts and manage time-off requests.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:
  • Five years of experience in a related field, including two years in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
