Main Responsibilities
- Champion the Skechers brand and its values.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective product presentation and marketing.
- Assist in training and developing store personnel, focusing on product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Support onboarding for new employees.
- Manage store scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Serve as a product expert and brand ambassador for Skechers.
- Maintain operational processes that drive profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee store systems and procedures, including POS operations.
- May be tasked with opening and closing the store as required.

Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to cultivate a respectful and enjoyable workplace for all employees.
- Strong communication skills to set clear expectations for the team.
- Flexibility and motivation to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Passion for Skechers products and brand.
