Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Install, configure, and test audiovisual systems, including projectors, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and control interfaces.
  • Oversee and manage AV installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement tailored AV solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to AV equipment and systems.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding the operation of installed AV systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations, service requests, and equipment inventory.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AV technology and industry practices.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AV installation and project oversight.
  • In-depth knowledge of audiovisual systems, including wiring, audio, video, and control technologies.
  • Experience with leading brands and equipment such as Crestron, QSC, Chief, Epson, Panasonic, LG, among others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D) are advantageous.
