Parametrix is looking to expand its team by hiring several Senior Civil Engineers for our Oregon/Idaho region.

These roles will be based in the Eugene, OR office, where we are cultivating a team of committed professionals in Community Development, Transportation, and Environmental Engineering.

Successful candidates will engage in a variety of significant site development and transportation initiatives that are vital to the region.

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, allowing for in-office collaboration, mentorship, and project engagement.


WHO YOU ARE:

Client-Centric and Engaged:

You are keen on nurturing our current client relationships and fostering new ones through effective communication and successful project execution. Over time, this role will involve recognizing strategic opportunities and executing effective pursuit strategies.



Technically Proficient:

You can support and lead the execution of various community development, transportation, and multidisciplinary design projects, focusing on residential developments, data center site design and construction, roadways, corridors, intersections, roundabouts, and active transportation.



Experienced Project Leader:

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture and Engineering Consulting are required. A Professional Engineer (PE) License is highly preferred or the ability to obtain one. You are a proven project leader capable of delivering essential project components and have a strong desire to evolve into a project management role.



Collaborative Team Player:

Our existing regional team is dedicated and ready to provide essential support. A strong team orientation and the ability to integrate and collaborate effectively across all disciplines are crucial for success at Parametrix.
