Account Executive Government

At Disability Solutions, we're committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As an Account Executive, Government, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the State and Local Government sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell to State and Local Government accounts, renew contracts, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales expectations and maintain a high level of job performance through various metrics.
- Establish and cultivate customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer base.
- Complete customer account maintenance, provide account analysis, and monitor and resolve customer issues.
- Utilize data entry, system navigation, and analysis to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with products, services, and sales approaches through continuous training.
- Meet/exceed all departmental goals and business objectives.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 2-4 years Selling to Government (State and Local) accounts (Required)
- Less than 2 years Extensive customer service experience (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Business markets sales experience (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Wireless industry sales experience (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Telesales or technical sales experience (Preferred)
