We are currently looking for a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at our Flourish Research facility.

The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting Investigators with the execution of Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This position is pivotal in delivering an exceptional patient experience in every interaction.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate with experience, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and 401k matching options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the informed consent process for study participants.
  • Implement study protocols with precision and professionalism.
  • Conduct human specimen lab draws and manage specimen processing and shipments.
  • Develop and maintain study source documents and adverse event reports using an electronic system.
  • Organize and maintain study-specific files and materials.
  • Engage with Study Sponsors/CROs regarding study-related inquiries.
  • Participate in site visits from Sponsors/CROs, including initiation and monitoring activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Lead/Manager and Principal Investigators to achieve site objectives and support clinical research operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Experience in phlebotomy is essential; familiarity with EKG or other laboratory processes is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required.
  • Proficient in e-source reporting via electronic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with Principal Investigators, research teams, Study Sponsors/CROs, and potential subjects.
  • A strong ethical foundation that promotes honesty, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Advanced critical thinking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory collection/processing/storage protocols.
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.
