Xplor is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in Reading, PA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the Northeast territory.

You will work closely with our colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses and manage your pipeline using Salesforce. Your primary goal will be to educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry and close sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the Northeast territory
  • Work closely with Xplor colleagues to onboard new businesses and manage pipeline using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor's electronic applications
  • Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
  • Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
