Job Description

Overview

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams LLC. is seeking a part-time Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading shifts, scooping and serving ice cream to customers, running the register, and maintaining a clean shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Shifts: Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Scoop and Serve Ice Cream: Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Run the Register: Operate a point-of-sale system, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain Shop Environment: Clean and maintain the shop, including equipment, floors, and restrooms, to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and team members.

Requirements

  • Passion for Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
