About the Role:

Century Communities is seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of contractor's paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and ordering of materials, ensuring seamless execution of construction projects.
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager and trades to ensure adherence to the construction schedule and overall new Homebuyer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure high-quality construction standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to the Construction Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring Homebuyers are satisfied with their new homes.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in the Construction/Homebuilding industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and quality control.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience with construction software, such as BuildPro, a plus.
