About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our wholesale and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in person and over the phone
  • Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks
  • Assist with making deliveries as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
