Restaurant Operations Manager

Raising Cane's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, upholding our high standards of quality and customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Execute restaurant operations functions, including managing cash handling, ensuring accountability, and enforcing Raising Cane's policies and standards.
- Shift Management: Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage shift execution, including deploying crewmembers and providing exemplary customer service.
- Crew Management: Utilize the reward and recognition program for crewmembers, authorize employee functions, and ensure cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Business Growth: Drive business growth by analyzing problems, setting goals, creating plans, and converting plans into action to solve problems.
- Experience: 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
