Restaurant Operations Manager

Link Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily business operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Quality and Consistency: Execute and maintain the highest standards of food, beverage, and service quality, ensuring consistency across all aspects of the restaurant.
- Guest Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, delivering attentive, detailed, and friendly service to our guests.
- Staff Management: Proactively interact with restaurant guests, build loyalty, and face/name recognition, while positively handling guest requests and feedback.
- Service Audits: Regularly measure and evaluate service through restaurant service audits, leveraging guest and employee feedback to drive improvement.
- Safety and Security: Maintain the highest level of safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring a secure environment for our guests and staff.
- Employee Development: Staff, train, and develop guest-focused employees, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Inventory and Costs: Assist with inventory counts, costs, and maintenance as specified by the General Manager.
- Payroll and Records: Manage payroll and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including motivating, delegation, conflict management, and effective communication.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining standards of operations, with strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
- Guest Service: Excellent guest service and hospitality skills, with a professional presentation and a strong ability to motivate employees to work as a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns.
The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
