Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Assistant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, managing events, and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and execute events, including planning, promotion, and execution, to enhance the resident experience and foster a sense of community.
  • Maintain a clean and organized leasing office and model units, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, reporting, and communication with residents and staff.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Sales experience in multifamily housing, student housing, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
