In-Home Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Home Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of in-home sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Deliver compelling in-home sales presentations to potential customers, demonstrating our products' value and benefits.
- Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to enhance their professional development.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in managing the sales process from start to finish, including delivering in-home sales presentations.
- Strong knowledge of B2C sales techniques, best practices, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
