At Autism Spectrum Therapies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA professional to fill the role of Managing Technician. This position offers a unique opportunity to build assessment skills while working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

With over 20 years of experience in providing evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy, Autism Spectrum Therapies has established itself as one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the country.

Our goal is to empower clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life. As a Managing Technician, you will have access to experienced local clinical leadership and support, as well as be part of a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities nationwide.

LEARN, a collective group of ABA providers, employs over 500 BCBAs and offers services in 18 states. Our average clinical leader has been with the organization for 10 years.

The Managing Technician in this role will serve the following areas: Corona, Eastvale, Norco, Jurupa Valley, Mira Loma, Riverside.

Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direction of a BCBA
  • Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
  • Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average clients
  • Develop client goals and clinical programs
  • Support parent training and education
  • Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree
  • Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
  • BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
  • Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
  • Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
  • Demonstrated ability to train others
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • BCaBA preferred, not required
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
