Job Description

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is a leading provider of ABA services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals we support. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight for ABA services in home and clinic-based settings.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision for in-home ABA therapy services, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and updating programs as needed. You will also train and supervise ABA technicians and RBTs to ensure fidelity in implementing behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision for in-home ABA therapy services
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and update programs as needed
  • Train and supervise ABA technicians and RBTs
  • Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment adjustments
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification with relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
