Job Description and Responsibilities

The Production Operator will be responsible for operating cartridge equipment to pleat, trim, cut seal membrane media, subassemble, cap, final assembly, testing, drying, and packaging of cartridges. The person hired for this position will also perform various production operations including operating multiple machines where it can be done safely and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required.

The responsibilities of this position include observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices, keeping the work area clean and orderly, assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment, and completing quality checks. If a discrepancy is found, the person hired for this position will work with appropriate team members to solve the problem.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work either 2nd or 3rd Shift
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed
Benefits

Solventum offers competitive pay and benefits to its employees. The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.90/hour, with the potential to reach $22.40/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
