Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Associate at The Hertz Corporation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This role requires a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years of customer service experience preferred
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong computer skills and excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
Preferred Requirements
Experience in dealing directly with customers
4 years of customer service experience with 2 years of sales experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
