Sales Leads possess knowledge of credit and product offerings, delivering insights on program features, advantages, promotional specifics, and timelines. This position actively engages with customers, evaluates their requirements, guides their choices, addresses concerns, and secures appointments for in-home consultations. Additionally, this role may involve participation in various store activities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcomes and interacts with customers in designated departments, identifying their needs.
  • Clarifies the Shop At Home process to customers and assists in scheduling appointments.
  • Equipped to respond to inquiries regarding products or credit.
  • Facilitates the delivery of fundamental product and program training to store personnel.
  • Participates in meetings and events as required.
  • Arranges and showcases store signage for supported product lines.
  • Attends promotional events as necessary.
  • Fosters enthusiasm among store associates for sales initiatives.
  • Completes and submits all required documentation daily.

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
