Lead Our Team to Success

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.

DIFILIPPO is a 120-year-old industry leader with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year, paid weekly.
