Sales Team Lead

The Sales Lead will play a key role in driving sales and floor operations at our store. With a focus on teamwork and results-driven approach, this individual will assist management in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational goals
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a lead role in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- Early and late shift availability
- Proven communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Spur of the moment transportation required
- Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing may be required depending on location
- TAM Card may be required depending on location
- Additional Security clearance may be required depending on location
Additional Qualifications:
- Fashion, shoe, and jewelry stores prefer candidates with a passion for style, excellent taste, and a flair for styling others (FASHION Department)
- Candy, gift, and sundry stores prefer candidates with an excellent sense of humor, promoters of fun, and a passion for a fast-paced environment (LOGO Department)
