About the Role

NFP is a leading provider of commercial insurance solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will work closely with our producers to manage and grow their book of business, ensuring seamless renewal processes and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between producers and account management teams to ensure timely renewal processes
  • Assist producers in bringing in new business and marketing opportunities
  • Deliver resources and support to clients to meet their commercial insurance needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and track leads, proposals, and client interactions using Salesforce
Requirements
  • 8+ years of middle to large market commercial line experience in the NY tri-state area
  • P&C Insurance Broker's license required
  • Experience with EPIC and Salesforce systems highly desired
  • Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate client needs
